Mrs Tracy Kelly
Practice Manager

Tracy is Hereford Vision Surgical Group’s practice manager. Having spent her childhood in Hereford she moved to the USA to work in her early twenties before returning to home to settle. She has worked within the private healthcare sector for over 20 years, the last ten as a private medical secretary specialising in ophthalmology. She also runs her own company providing private medical secretarial services to a variety of specialities.

In her role as Hereford Vision’s practice manager Tracy is the first port of call for all of our patients, dealing with all patient enquiries and co-ordinating all clinic appointments, theatre cases, as well as liaising with the hospitals to make sure that our patients’ journey is a smooth and enjoyable one. “I take great pride in the service we provide and see my role as being the reassuring contact and reliable source of information to all of our patients at every stage of the process. Nothing makes me happier than to follow a patient from first enquiry right through to discharge and hear how positive they have found the experience”.
